South Units just returned from an accident with entrapment in Loyalsock.
Squad 5 responded and deployed rescue tools and a hand line for protection in a single vehicle accident, on its side, in the woods, with one confined.
Crews from South, Loyalsock Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, and Hepburn Township Volunteer Fire Company removed the moon roof and were able to free the single occupant in the vehicle and transfer the occupant to awaiting EMS.
