Tonight we honored those from an incident on May 4th for their efforts with a Campaign Ribbon. We also recognized and honored Sgt Jake Summers with South Williamsport Police Department for his efforts of putting others first with the departments Medal of Valor for putting his life on the line to jump into a swollen river to save a life.
