South was alerted to respond as RIT to the City of Williamsport on Memorial Ave. City units were on scene of a two and half vacant with fire showing on two sides. Ladder 5 responded and stood by on scene as RIT.
While wrapping up, the City was toned out for a second fire. Smoke and flames from an outlet. Ladder 5 was sent as first due truck company. Ladder arrived to provide ventilation as Engine 1 was able to make a quick stop with no extension.
