City units were dispatched to a working structure fire. Multiple calls with a header from afar. Chief 5-1 (Herman) struck the second alarm. Ladder 5 responded and paired up with several off-duty firefighters on recall to complete the R.I.T. assignment. Crews stood by with no RIT service needed. While crews stood fast, crews assisted with cylinder exchanges.
