South units responded to 900 block of S. Market St for vehicle into a tree. Chief 5 and Rescue 5 responded. Chief arrived to find a tree invading a vehicle with occupant still inside. Occupant was able to self-extricate and after speaking with the driver, driver stated tree fell directly in front of him giving him no time to react and striking the tree.
