South units along with Williamsport Bureau of Fire, Williamsport Firefighters Local 736 are currently investigating an electrical receptacle smoking in the 300 block of W Southern Ave.
Just prior to this call coming in, units were responding to Little League Flagship Store for a fire alarm.
