South units (Career and Volunteer) responded to Sylvan Dell Park Road for reported tree down across power lines and arcing. Chief 5, Special Unit, and Ladder (Career) units responded. Chief 5 arrived to find a tree across power lines and blocking the roadway. Chief requested PPL to respond due to active grass fire. Grass Fire was mitigated quickly and then monitored. Due to storms passing through the area, PPL response is delayed. At 1730 barricades were put in place and roadway closed as there has not been any fire the last hour.
