Tioga County, Westfield/Knoxville Area took on a significant amount of rain. River started to overflow its banks and flood the area. Tioga Officials having brought back memories from a flooding incident a year ago became proactive activating Water Rescue assets from across the region to assist. Lycoming County Task Force 84 was activated and responded but was turned around prior to arriving as the situation began to calm down.
