City of Williamsport Fire was dispatched to a gas odor inside on the first block of West 4th Street. Upon their arrival they found a working fire in a mixed
South units were staffed and ready for the call of duty when Tropical Storm Debbie struck the region. The storm produced several different bands of heavy rainfall bringing flash flooding.
Early this morning, at approximately 2:48 AM, emergency units were dispatched to a reported structure fire on the 400 block of Charlotte Avenue. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered heavy flames on the alpha side of the building.
